Terms of Service

Effective 19 October 2026

Using GoAfter

GoAfter provides tools for editors to upload films to their connected storage, share review links, collect feedback and release approved videos. Use the service only for content and accounts you are authorized to access and share.

Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights in the content you upload. You authorize GoAfter and the service providers needed to operate it to store, process, transmit and display that content for the delivery and review functions you use. Editors are responsible for obtaining appropriate permissions from clients and other people represented in uploaded material, including permission to use music or other copyrighted content.

Accounts, links and approvals

Keep your account credentials and project links private. Anyone with a working client link can access that project’s review functions. Client approvals record the action taken through that link; they do not independently verify the person’s identity or replace an editor’s separate agreement with a client.

Storage and availability

Internet access and functioning third-party services are required. Drive storage limits, account restrictions, expired authorization and network interruptions can affect uploads and playback. Keep your own backups. Deleting an GoAfter project removes its review records and link, but keeps its Drive video files. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

Subscription reminders

Every paid package includes email renewal reminders 7, 5, 3 and 1 days before expiry. Starter, Pro and Studio also receive daily renewal reminders during the first seven days after expiry. The app and web workspace display your plan, expiry date, remaining time and expired or suspended status. Renewal emails do not automatically charge you. Connected Google Drive originals are not deleted because your subscription ends. Transfer links retain their own expiry rules.

GoAfter Cloud capacity and expiry

GoAfter Cloud includes 1 TB of shared cloud capacity for photos, films, playback copies, branding and transfers. This capacity does not reset each month. New uploads require active access and sufficient free space; storage is released after deletion completes. Google Drive storage remains separate.

For each cloud client collection or transfer, choose an expiry date or No expiry. Expiry disables access and queues the associated cloud files for permanent deletion. No expiry does not override manual deletion or account restrictions. We send subscription reminders 7, 5, 3 and 1 days before Cloud access expires. If you do not renew, new uploads stop and a seven-day grace period begins. We send seven daily deletion warnings to your registered email address. After that grace period and at least 24 hours after the final warning, all associated GoAfter Cloud files, including No expiry files and cloud transfers, are queued for permanent deletion from cloud storage. Renewal before deletion starts cancels subscription-related deletion. Files already deleted cannot be recovered. A saved client expiry or manual deletion may remove files sooner. Connected Google Drive files are outside this cloud deletion policy. Contact support to request additional cloud capacity, and keep your own backups.

Acceptable use

Do not use GoAfter to distribute unlawful content, access another editor’s data without permission, misuse review links or interfere with the service. Access may be restricted where necessary to address abuse or protect the service and its users.

Service changes and support

GoAfter is being developed, and features or availability may change. The service does not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every video format or device. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

For support, account requests or questions about these terms, contact support@goafter.in. How information is handled is explained in the Privacy Policy.
